Frequently Asked Questions

No. Naked Recovery operates strictly as an educational and coaching platform. We focus on forward-looking resilience, nervous system regulation, and strategic recovery frameworks. We do not diagnose, treat, or manage clinical mental illness.

Naked Recovery programs are designed for individuals who are stable but feeling stuck by the lingering effects of past trauma. We do not provide crisis intervention, emergency psychiatric care, or treatment for active suicidal ideation. If you are in an active state of crisis, please contact your local emergency services or a licensed local psychiatrist immediately.

Because this is an international coaching and educational program rather than clinical medical therapy, we do not provide diagnostic billing codes (Superbills) and our services are not eligible for health insurance reimbursement.

Traditional talk therapy often forces you to relive painful memories, which can sometimes re-traumatize the nervous system. Our methodology is rooted in Clinical Neuroscience and Somatic (body-based) processing. Utilizing tools like Trauma Release Exercises (TRE) and Polyvagal techniques, we focus on helping your physical body process and release stored survival energy first, before attempting to cognitively reframe the past.

Our founder is a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) and Certified Family Trauma Practitioner (CFTP). We utilize advanced, gentle integration frameworks like Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Timeline Therapy. These modalities allow us to address deep-rooted triggers and subconscious blocks at a pace that feels incredibly safe and heavily regulated.

The core program is delivered via a secure online portal containing guided somatic practices, educational modules, and targeted nervous system regulation exercises. You can progress at the exact pace your nervous system requires.
